Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without the need to provide a reason.

Withdrawal Rights

You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your withdrawal rights, please notify us with a clear statement of your decision (e.g., by email or post). While use of the provided model withdrawal form is not required, it is available for your convenience below.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (excluding additional costs for non-standard delivery options). The refund will be issued promptly and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision.

Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

Returning the Goods

You are required to return the goods to us within 14 days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if the goods are shipped back before the 14-day period ends.

Returned items must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

This right does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed

  • Perishable goods

  • Audio/video media or software that have been unsealed

  • Newspapers, magazines, or other periodicals

Return Conditions

Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and include all original tags, seals, and packaging. If the product’s value has decreased due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess its characteristics and functioning, a deduction may be applied to your refund.

Ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

Your Responsibility

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify their nature, features, or proper functioning.
